We are David & Ayzel. Each year we welcome into our home 2 couples who are students from a different country, ie not English. We enjoy travel and cooking, so having foreign students is fun for us. We practice our language skills, and you will learn very good English language and also experience living life in an English home. David parle couramment le Francais and as you can see, Ayzel is from The Philippines, so she speaks Tagalog, Waray, Cebuano and a little Spanish and English of course. We have both learned a little Czech and Polish from previous students who became, and remain our good friends. As we both enjoy cooking you will also share some meals with us. Whenever possible you can also join us on day trips, visiting interesting places and things to do.
The house is big enough for each couple to have a double bedroom and private sitting room. There is a large bedroom with big en-suite which we use, and there is another shower room and toilet which the students share. The kitchen is also large enough for everyone. You can come and go through your own outside door, without having to disturb us at all if you wish. We have a huge TV, and you are very welcome to watch along with us, and you have your own TV in your room as well. We have a big conservatory, which opens on to the gardens, where we have BBQ when the weather is good enough.
